Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on the blessings we have been provided and to share the celebration with friends and family. I am most thankful for God’s love and provision, but I am also thankful for my septic system. That’s right–my septic system! • If you have guests, try to spread out your usage on the system to avoid hydraulically overloading it.
• Clean out your septic tank if it has been 3-5 years since the last cleaning.
• Don’t use your drainfield as parking areas for guests.
