How Long Has The Company Been In Business?

Is The Company A TCEQ Licensed Maintenance Provider?

All companies for hire to service aerobic systems are required to be a TCEQ licensed maintenance provider. This license certifies that the provider is able to properly maintain your aerobic system.

How Will You Know When Your System Is Serviced?

Be aware of “drive by” services that just look to see if your alarm is on. There are many components to your aerobic system that need to be checked during regular service.

Will the company send you a reminder when it’s time for your system to be serviced, or will you need to remember to call for an appointment?

If you are not home during your scheduled maintenance time, will the provider leave or send any information to let you know the system was serviced?

How Will The County Obtain A Copy Of Your Service Report?
