Common System Types
All On-Site Sewage Facilities (OSSFs, or more commonly “septic systems”) are regulated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and local regulating authorities.
There are many types of OSSFs, but the three most common are standard septic systems, aerobic systems, and low-pressure dosing systems.
