Alarm Activation Response Guide

If your alarm has activated, use this chart to help determine your next steps or report an alarm.

Stay Calm
- Most situations aren’t emergencies.
Press Silence Button
- Stops the buzzer (audio muted, light stays on).
Is the system spraying?
- Yes:
  - Wait to see if the alarm turns off after the system is done spraying.
    - Does the alarm turn off?
      - Yes: Situation likely resolved. Press silence button again to un-mute the alarm.
      - No: Call maintenance provider.
- No:
  - Wait until the morning after the alarm activates.
    - Is the alarm off in the morning?
      - Yes: The system may have sprayed overnight. Unsilence the alarm.
      - No: Call maintenance provider.
Is there seepage around the tank lids?
- Yes: Call maintenance provider and reduce water usage in the home.
- No: Follow previous steps.
For customers with a service policy:
- Reach out to the emergency number listed in your policy during weekends and holidays from 8 AM – 5 PM.
