Installation
Installation
Since 1937 we have installed all types and sizes of systems in Bexar, Kendall, Comal and surrounding counties, even as far away as Del Rio and the Rio Grand Valley. There are many types of OSSFs available to suit your site-specific needs and meet state and local requirements. Van Delden Wastewater Systems expertly installs them all; from small home and commercial standard systems, to large alternative systems for schools and other large commercial facilities. Van Delden Wastewater Systems is TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) licensed and certified for all OSSF types.
There are many ways in which septic contractors can cut corners to save cost and install a less expensive system, which can affect the efficiency, workability, and longevity of the system. At Van Delden Wastewater Systems, we believe in doing it the best way and the right way the first time. When it comes to aerobic treatment systems, no one installs a more efficient system than we do. Anyone licensed company can install an aerobic system, but with our knowledge, experience, and expertise, only Van Delden Wastewater Systems can setup an efficient system like no others. Because of our commitment to quality, Clearstream aerobic units are the only brand system we install, service and maintain. We have been installing Clearstream systems for the past 16 years; in fact, we were the first to install an aerobic system with spray distribution in Bexar County.
There are many types of systems available today, but there are three systems that are most commonly used in our area: standard/conventional, low-pressure dosing and aerobic treatment with surface applications (spray heads). Other types of systems we install are evapotranspiration beds, absorptive-mounded systems, soil substitute and aerobic treatment with drip emitters. A proper site evaluation will determine which system is best suited for the particular property. No matter what type of system, we use only the highest grade and quality materials, from the pipe, gravel, and backfill soils to the geo-textile fabric and tanks.
