Van Delden Wastewater Systems is dedicated to provide the highest quality system, therefore, we choose to only install and service Clearstream aerobic systems. Why Clearstream?
For the first two years from the date of purchase, Van Delden Wastewater Systems will inspect your Clearstream aerobic system on a routine basis for operational problems. Service on Clearstream electrical and mechanical components will be performed at no charge, if such components are found to be defective.
After the two year guaranteed service period, we will provide an annual service contract. You can be assured that our annual service agreement contains no hidden fees. While our competitors routinely check 7 to 10 items, we routinely inspect 20 different items to ensure your system is operating to its fullest capability.
If you are not a customer of ours at this time, or if your present policy with another service provider has expired, we would be happy to provide a quote and information on our annual service contract. Because not all maintenance companies are equal, we will provide an orientation during the first maintenance check of a new contract. Household wastewater usage is a big factor in how your system operates, therefore, during the orientation we will advise you of how to use the system to ensure that your system operates and treats your wastewater to the highest degree, bring the system up to our quality standards, and create open communication about what you should expect from us and what we expect from you.
