Frank J. Van Delden began installing systems in 1937 and continued building the business until his death in 1955. His son, Gary Van Delden, continued operation with successful growth and retired in 1989. Garrett Van Delden is the third generation to own the business with his wife, Pam. Their daughter and son, Courtney and Chad, fourth generation, are continuing the distinct excellence and reputation in the industry. All strive to maintain the high-quality work and reputation that preceded us.

Van Delden Wastewater Systems is the leading wastewater system company in South Texas in providing professional design, installation, repair, maintenance, and inspections on all types of septic systems and Clearstream aerobic units. In 1992, Van Delden Wastewater Systems was the first company in Bexar County to install an aerobic system with spray distribution, which now is typically required for new installation due to the limestone terrain in the area.

Our goals are honesty, customer satisfaction, quality service and workmanship. We also seek to educate both homeowners and business owners about operation and maintenance that will save them expense and help keep their systems working properly. A failing system could mean a health hazard to your family and neighbors and could even affect your drinking water. Therefore, hiring an experienced, professional company for your installation and maintenance is an extremely important consideration. Big or small, commercial or residential, our reputation is known for our 70 years of family commitment to quality and service.
